Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal BISE Sahiwal has is new board, which was part of Sargodha before. But from year 2013, it is a separate board. Matric, Inter, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th class final exams are conducted by BISE Sahiwal.

Sahiwal board has adopted the schedule, according to which it conducts and manages final board exams at the specific times of each year, which are announced by board within 3 months of exam. Sahiwal board announces the results of all annual and supply exams.
