BISE DI Khan conducts the annual and supply exams of SSC and HSSC classes every year at the specific time. DI Khan Board has the mandate to conduct the annual and supply exams of SSC & HSSC every year in the government and private educational institutions, which are under its jurisdiction.

BISE DI Khan starts their matriculation exams in March and announces its results in June and it also starts the Higher Secondary Schools exams during April and announces its results in July every year. DI Khan board was started with the aim to provide education of high quality to the students of remote areas and they were lacked with the educational facilities and were kept behind from other areas of the country.
